Reach out to me here to tell me about your vision! Within 1-2 business days we’ll talk through your vision in detail, either through video chat or a phone call

Within 1 business day of our chat, you’ll receive an email with a brief overview of our discussion, which will also include a detailed Quote & Contract for you to look over and then book me
QUOTE & CONTRACT03
Once booked, I will require samples of the product you are hiring me to personalise for your event to test. I will email photos of these tests for your approval to ensure brand standards are adhered to during your upcoming event
COMMUNICATION04
On event day, I will arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the official start time to prepare my table/area. Once the event begins, I’ll be ready to create those special memories for your guests!
EVENT DAY05
Once the on-site event is complete, I will send you the final invoice within 24 hours, along with a feedback survey so you can give me any event and/or service observations which helps me improve my services for the future.

The 90-Day Program with me, Erin, is a great way to get the maximum out of yourself so you can achieve your creative goals
By following the ‘6 What’s Coaching Model’ we’ll make sure at the end of each session you leave with a clear plan of action to achieve YOUR goals.
This program includes six 60-minute private coaching sessions with access to Erin in between each session via email.

Live and In-Studio calligraphy and personalization services. Anything from writing place cards for a private PR dinner to a live activation event where I’m hand engraving perfume bottles to everything in between. I’d love to hear from you to discuss your project in detail, so please reach out here.

It depends on the service, but typically I can do anywhere from 10-30 items per hour.
Engraving is the most time efficient, and painting is one of the most time consuming. Please contact me for more details -

Absolutely! I can travel all over the globe. Please reach out to me to discuss a custom quote for your specific event needs.

Glass and metal are the most efficient and preferred surfaces to engrave on site. This can include things like glass perfume bottles, product packaging and makeup brush ferrules.
In certain circumstances, plastic or acrylic can also be engraved, but a sample will be required before the event to ensure a smooth engraving result for the end client. -

Yes. Less than a 10 business day turnaround time will incur a surcharge of 60% of the original price. Less than a 5 business day turnaround time will incur a surcharge of 80% of the original price. Less than a 24 hour turnaround time will incur a surcharge of 100% of the original price.

I accept all major credit cards or e-transfer, whatever option is easier for you.

For in-studio calligraphy work I require a 50% non refundable payment before any work can begin.
For coaching services, I require a 50% non refundable payment before our first session.

Due to the nature of the work, orders cannot be refunded. However, if there was an error made on my part, I will of course rectify the mistake at no extra charge.

I can, but please keep in mind that orders crossing the ocean(s) take longer to arrive than domestic mail. Please allow enough time for the order to be complete when booking me.

For live events, please book me as soon as you can, especially during the holiday season. My calendar fills up quickly and I don’t want to miss out on providing you and your clients a memorable event!
For In-Studio work, depending on the size of the project, at least 15-20 business days ahead of the delivery date.
For coaching, I try to work within my clients schedule as much as possible. Please reach out to me as soon as possible to make sure we can find time to work together!
