About NEILSON LETTERS
Neilson Letters is a luxury calligraphy and live personalization studio specializing in experiential marketing for brands, PR agencies and corporate event teams seeking elevated guest experiences.
From retail activations and media launches to VIP client events and multi-day pop-ups, I deliver, precision personalization designed to enhance brand engagement and transform products into tangible keepsakes. Each experience is executed with efficiency, elegance and a deep understanding of luxury client flow.
Services include hand-done calligraphy, on-site engraving, foiling and painting across diverse surfaces such as paper, leather, glass and acrylic — offered both live at events and through in-studio production.
Based in Montreal and available across Canada, Neilson Letters partners with luxury brands and experiential teams to craft meaningful, memorable connections between brands and their cherished clients.
Founded by Erin Neilson, the studio also extends its expertise through tailored coaching for creative entrepreneurs, offering structure, strategic insight and accountability to support sustainable creative growth
LIVE CALLIGRAPHY
Experiential marketing is the best way to create a lasting impression for your clients and guests. Have me on site for your luxury brand activations or private PR events - All I need is a standard-height table and chair with space to work!
I will bring all the other materials necessary so that the customization can be done efficiently and accurately. Clients and guests will come to me with their requests and I will personalise their product in front of them. This brings the extra “wow” for the client, ensuring they have a meaningful and fulfilling experience that truly resonates.
IN-STUDIO CALLIGRAPHY
In-Studio commissions are the perfect option for you if: (1) You need place cards an intimate PR dinner. (2) You would like to send packages to your favourite influencer with a hand written note, or engraved products with their social media handles hand engraved. (3) You need your invitations for your next fashion show professionally addressed.
*Any service offered as a live event is also available in-studio.
COACHING
If you’re a creative entrepreneur and you feel like you’re stuck and are having trouble finding clarity and purpose with your business, I’d love to support you! I promise to cheer you on and hold you accountable to your professional goals.
Each coaching session will flow through the ‘6 What’s’ formula ensuring you come out with a plan of action.

Meet ERIN NEILSON
Hello there! I’m Erin, the creative force behind Neilson Letters. As a full-time calligrapher my passion revolves around authenticity and excellence in my craft. You might recognize me as “the calligrapher with the fun short hair”! I take pride in my fun yet professional personality, always going the extra mile to ensure my clients are delighted with my work.
Since 2016 I’ve been honing my calligraphy personalization skills, and with 10+ years of experience in the high touch service industry in Montreal, I’m proud to say that I’m fluent in English and French! Building genuine connections with my clients is essential to me, as it helps establish trust and credibility in every interaction we have.
I believe my perspective brings a unique touch to the calligraphy industry, ensuring professionalism and delivering top-quality service in all my collaborations.
In 2019, I also earned a Personal and Professional Coaching Certificate (PPCC) from Concordia University, making me the perfect accountabili-buddy for creative entrepreneurs seeking clarity and confidence to achieve their next big goals.
