Surrounded by stunning views of Montreal, I had the pleasure of offering personalized engraving and hand-painting services to 30 guests. My goal? To make sure each client left "feelin' fresh" with a one-of-a-kind keepsake that echoed Fresh Beauty’s brand values.

The excitement didn’t end there. On August 8th and 10th, we brought this unique personalization experience to two SEPHORA pop-ups in Montreal. Here, Fresh Beauty fans had the opportunity to receive customized items featuring the same rose-themed designs, ensuring that they not only left with a product but also with a memorable interaction that connected them with the brand.
With approximately 100 guests across these three days, I carefully managed the flow of clients, ensuring everyone received a thoughtful and artistic touch. By engaging with each person as they observed my process—whether through engraving a name or painting a delicate rose—I helped foster genuine connections with Fresh Beauty in real-time.
